Eat Healthy Food for best Health
  1. Eat more green vegetables.
  2. Drink 2-3 liters of  water daily
  3. Reduce salt and sugar intake.
  4. Eat regularly, control the portion size.
  5. Add yogurt to your diet.
  6. Eat eggs preferably for Breakfast.
  7. Eat more citrus food to boost your immune system.

  1. Follow Your Diet As you should take your Breakfast at 7-8 am, Lunch at 1-2 pm and dinner before 8 pm.
  2. After dinner do not lay on the bed  you should go for a walk.
  3. Do not prefer to eat oily food. Eat bake or roast food instead of frying.
  4. Do not eat Junk food.
  5. Drink Green Tea daily and Do Yoga.
  6. Eat more fruits instead of Drinking  juice.
  7. Get a proper eight-hour sleep at night.
  8. Eat from smaller plates.
  9. Do not Use Mobile, Laptop or TV While eating your food.
